okay, I have no idea how to add a freaking shoutbox

the tutorial thinggy (http://www.shoutmix.com/main/help.php?view=Guides/blogger) says some rubbish about page elements. But I don't get that page. It brings me to the Edit Html page instead.

WHAT DO I DO, GUYS?
